How do I rent a unit or parking space?
Reserve online for a $20 reservation deposit. After you reserve, we will reach out to schedule an appointment to finalize your move-in. At this appointment, you will need to provide proof of identification and a payment method.
What happens to my reservation deposit?
The full reservation deposit amount will be credited back on your first rental invoice.
When can I access the facility?
Gate access is available from 7 AM - 9 PM. Office hours are by appointment only.
How do I pay my rent?
Once your unit is approved, you will be able to use the online feature to pay your monthly rent, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
